UserTesting videos

These were created for a company called UserTesting that makes software for companies and individuals to test products and services with consumers. My partner, Bem Jimmerson and I concepted these ideas to highlight the fact that users would be able to get real feedback firsthand straight from customers’ mouths. Our hook was to have the user and the customer be able to literally interact with each other during the remote testing interviews.
